Environmental Office Solutions reclaims and recycles inkjet and toner cartridges for most printers, copiers, fax machines and all-in-one’s (MFPs). We also buy back used cell phones, tablets, laptops and other handheld electronics of various make, model and condition.

The difference between virgin and non-virgin is now explained for you!
Q: What is the difference between a virgin and non-virgin cartridge?
A: Virgin cartridges are empty inkjet and toner cartridges that have NEVER been refilled. Non-virgin cartridges are empty inkjet and toner cartridges that have been previously refilled.
Q: Do we accept virgin or non-virgin cartridges?
A: Environmental Office Solutions accepts both virgin and non-virgin cartridges.

Q: What is a remanufactured cartridge?
A: A remanufactured or non-virgin cartridge, is one that has been taken apart, cleaned, fixed (if needed), and reassembled. Once cleaned, these cartridges are refilled and sold. These are no longer considered OEM because they are no longer 100% original (the ink/toner and possible parts have been replaced). These cartridges should say ‘remanufactured’ either on the box or the cartridge itself.
Q: What is a Superhopper?
A: Superhoppers can be very difficult to distinguish from the original cartridge unless you have a picture or an OEM (original manufactured) cartridge in front of you. A Superhopper is a toner cartridge that has been modified to hold more toner. This can be seen when a standard yield cartridge is modified to become high yield by using a non OEM tank.
Q: What is a compatible cartridge?
A: Compatible or generic cartridges are made by a third party company. Because these are not made by the manufacturer, none of the parts used are OEM. These usually say ‘compatible’ on the box and/or cartridge and are made by non name brand companies.

Environmental Office Solutions sells empty toner and inkjet cartridges, new OEM or refurbished toner and inkjet cartridges as well as used cell phones, tablets, laptops, computers and other used electronics.
If your order is placed before noon EST and we have the product in stock, your order will ship the same day. Otherwise it will usually ship the next business day.
